I receive the error

“The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application log for more detail.”

This message is about Visual c++ runtime libraries.

Generally they are installed  automatically when you set up main program. But under certain conditions it may fail. You may try to set them up manually.
